Fr David Daly LC (Chairman)
Fr David Daly LC is a native of St. Louis, MO. He attended St. Louis University High School and then the University of Dallas. In 1990 he entered the novitiate of the Legionaries of Christ in Cheshire, CT. He completed his studies in Rome, earning his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the Gregorian University (1997) and licentiate degrees in Moral Theology (2002) and in Philosophy (2008), both from Pontifical Regina Apostolorum College in Rome.
Since his ordination on January 2, 2001, he has served as vice-rector in various seminaries in Europe and the United States. He has also spent several years working in campus ministry to college students in New England. From 2008 to 2014, he served as local superior and Local Coordinator of Apostolate for the Regnum Christi Movement in Atlanta, GA, and from 2014 to 2017, he was the President-Rector of the College.
Fr. Nikola Derpich was born and raised in Watsonville, California to a Croatian American family. He attended Moreland Notre Dame School, Watsonville High School, and the University of California at Santa Cruz. After graduating from UCSC with a double major and working in the computer industry for seven and a half years he discerned a priestly vocation and arrived at the Legionaries of Christ Novitiate on May 30, 1997, to become a Legionary novice and start studying for the priesthood. On September 4th, 1999, he professed first temporal vows as a Legionary of Christ and was sent to Rome to study for a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. From 2001-2003 he lived in Atlanta, GA in a Legionary community and helped with youth work throughout the southeast, mainly in Louisiana and Florida. He returned to Rome in 2003 and started a Bachelor's degree in Theology in the Athenaeum. On the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi in 2005, he made his perpetual profession of vows, and on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception in 2006 was ordained a priest in Rome and continued his theology studies, doing a Licentiate from 2006-2008 and then starting a doctorate in 2008, which was completed on March 26th, 2015. Since 2009 he has taught at the university level in New York, Rhode Island, and Rome. From 2017-2020 he also helped part-time as an Associate Pastor at St. Brendan the Navigator Church in Cumming, GA. From 2000-2006 he was a regular contributor to the English edition of Sacerdos magazine, writing the regular feature Priests of the XXth Century. In addition to his doctoral dissertation on Holy Orders and academic articles concerning topics of ecclesiology, he has written several blogs and is the author of Maximizing the Mass (RC Spirituality Center, 2020). Fr. Nikola currently spends the Fall each year in Rome teaching at Regina Apostolorum as a theology professor, and the rest of the year in Raleigh, NC working on projects for RC Spirituality Center as well as other writing and academic projects. |

![]() Borja is from Barcelona Spain and has been in RC since the early 2000’s, and his passion has been the Shroud of Turin since 1982. He is a member of the Board of Trustees from Kennesaw State University. Borja assists his wife Rosemary, who operates Holy Family Counseling Center, which they acquired in 2018. Since early 2021, he is associated with the Crosland Barnes Group, in the area of business development for commercial real estate. After 38 years of service to The Coca-Cola Company, Borja retired in 2020 as Vice President Latin America, having worked for the Coca-Cola system most of his professional career. Starting in Coca-Cola Spain in 1983, Borja’s career has made significant contributions to the company through a variety of international assignments in Spain, Canada and the Latin America region. During his last 15 years, Borja has managed the business and partnership with McDonald’s in Latin America and Canada, where he has been very successful developing a strategic framework for a total beverage portfolio and managing the billion-dollar account and actively participated in Latin America’s Executive Leadership Team He has an MBA from Georgia State and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech. |

Before founding Vertical Research Partners, he served in senior research roles at Citigroup, Salomon Smith Barney, Cowen & Company, and PaineWebber. He most recently served as Managing Director and Global Industrial Sector Head at Citi coordinating industrial research between the Americas, Europe, and Asia. |
